About this product

Directions of use
Unroll on a level, clean and dry floor. Check that the mat lies flat and remains stable before beginning your practice.
How to use
Wipe with a soft damp cloth and a suitable mild cleaner. Air dry fully before rolling loosely for storage. Follow any additional care instructions supplied with the mat.
Cautions
Grip varies with moisture and floor type. Stop and dry the mat if it becomes slippery. Keep away from sharp objects and direct heat; replace if the surface is damaged.
