Start with YogVana
Use Explore to find experiences, Teachers to discover guides, Centers to find studios and meditation spaces, and Shop to buy physical practice and wellness products. Filters help narrow results by location, format, language, style and availability.
Account and verification
- Create a practitioner account for My YogVana, bookings, favorites, messages and Shop orders.
- Open Teacher Studio separately if you want to publish experiences or manage a studio or center.
- Verify either your email or WhatsApp contact before using protected account and transaction features.
- Use Profile & settings to update your personal location, preferences and private default shipping address.
Bookings and practices
- Open an experience to review its provider, price, currency, schedule, location and cancellation information.
- Choose an available session and complete payment when required.
- Find confirmed and past reservations under My YogVana → Practice bookings.
- If a live link is not ready, check the booking again closer to the session or contact support.
Shop orders
- Choose a product and variation, add it to your basket, and review quantities before checkout.
- Checkout fills your saved shipping address. Changes submitted at checkout become your new default address.
- Optional GST details can be added for a business purchase.
- Track payment, fulfillment, carrier and shipment updates under My YogVana → Product orders.
Teacher Studio
Teacher Studio is the professional workspace for teachers, guides, studios and centers. Complete your provider profile, create an experience, add sessions or lessons, submit it for review, and manage bookings and earnings. Center owners can create and maintain center listings and link teachers or experiences where authorized.
Payments and refunds
A pending payment is not a confirmed purchase. If money was debited but the page still shows pending, do not pay repeatedly; open the order or booking and contact support with its YogVana reference. Approved refunds return through the original payment provider and can take additional bank processing time.
Get support
Signed-in members can open a support request from My YogVana. You can also email care@yogvana.com or call +91 172 4632099. Include the booking or order reference, but never send a password, OTP, full card number or payment secret.
